TSP Donates Labor and Materials in Initiation of New Service Partnership with Local Nonprofit

(DALLAS) October 4, 2017TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, announces a new service partnership with Grace Bridge, which includes a unified approach to hardware, software and IT infrastructure support for the local nonprofit headquartered in Frisco, Texas.

“As a nonprofit, our resources can be limited,“ said Carter Morris, president and CEO, Grace Bridge. “We are grateful to partner with companies such as TSP who not only can provide us excellent IT service and support, but also believe in our mission and the services we provide to the local community.”

TSP donated just under $10,000 in parts and one-time labor installation services to create a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure at Grace Bridge including:

  • Installation and configuration of firewalls
  • Installation and configuration of VoIP phones
  • Installation and configuration of the backup agent on supported devices
  • Installation and configuration of PC antivirus agent

Additionally, TSP will continue to monitor and support Grace Bridge with a managed service offering that includes:

  • Remote support for PC, network and phone issues
  • Monitoring of backups and remediation of issues as they arise
  • Onsite support for items not easily remediated via remote support

“The success of a new partnership is not always measured in dollars, but on potential impact,” said Rick Skaggs, co-founder and president of TSP. “We are thrilled to not only talk-the-talk, but also walk-the-walk as we live our vision of investing time and money into the communities where we live, work and play in such a demonstrable way.”

The service partnership will utilize remote support for a majority of the issues; however, an onsite technician can be dispatched through TSP’s proprietary and cloud-based ticketing system.
