As the CEO and co-founder of TSP, Frank is responsible for the company’s business and growth strategy overall, ensuring that TSP has the right organizational structure, processes and tools to execute the company’s goals. Frank does this while continuing to nurture a culture that is unlike any other in the information technology community.
Frank considers himself a unifier and has a knack for being able to listen to customers and employees and create alignment within TSP’s respective teams. He also takes pride in providing inspiration to the company, while making sure individuals clearly understand their roles and how they work together to meet a common cause. Overall, Frank is passionate about adding value to TSP and cultivating #TSProckstar talent, while maintaining positive relationships with all of TSP’s customers. Frank works closely with all the senior leaders in their directorship including company President Rick Skaggs, Frank’s longtime colleague and co-founder of TSP.
Frank started TSP with Rick by turning adversity and uncertainty into an opportunity – today, a successful and growing business, employing over 600 people across the country.
Before co-founding TSP, one of Frank’s biggest career highlights was being the youngest national service leader at Honeywell. He also held various positions at Honeywell including field service representative, systems administrator, field service supervisor, field service manager, and national field service leader. Frank graduated from DeVry University with a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering.
Outside of work, Frank is a member of the Fellowship Church and volunteers his time to several DFW-area charities including Readers 2 Leaders, Minnie’s Food Pantry, Mission Arlington and Union Gospel. Frank can also be found spending time at home with his family and hosting cookouts for his friends. Frank even expands his professional development outside of the office by reading about innovative leadership strategies on his down time. He hopes one day to be remembered as making a difference in someone’s life, whether it be through an encouraging word, being able to listen to others or showing interest in a person’s special talents.

As the founder and chairman, Rick Skaggs is responsible for strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Rick thrives on connecting with people and forming partnerships which suits him well as the chief evangelist of TSP, exploring new and strategic avenues of growth for the company. Additionally, Rick maintains his executive-level relationships with new and strategic TSP customers.
Rick served as TSP’s CEO for the first 13 years of the company since its inception. In January of 2016, he moved into an interim role where he focused and led a sales organization specifically focused on new and emerging business opportunities.
Prior to founding TSP, Rick enjoyed a successful career at Honeywell, starting as service engineer and working his way up to salesman, sales manager, and regional director. Before joining Honeywell, Rick served in the military for three years, which allowed him to travel and live in New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Korea.
Rick volunteers often along with his team of #TSProckstars for various causes, including Leighton’s Gift, American Cancer Society, NICU Helping Hands and Folds of Honor. He is also an active member or McDermott Road Church of Christ, where he is on the strategic planning committee. Rick is also on the advisory council at North Texas Christian Academy, where a number of his grandchildren attend school.
In his free time, Rick can be found fishing, shooting guns, wood working, boating or riding one of his four Harley Davidson motorcycles. He is very family-oriented and spends much of his time with his friends and family, including his wife of 37 years, four children and nine grandchildren. He has also always been active in sports, whether it is playing, coaching, or cheering on his grandchildren at their games. He even won Texas State Golden Gloves Boxing Championship in 1972! Finally, Rick is motivated daily by his strong faith. Every day, he thanks God for giving him another day on Earth and looks forward to helping someone.

Keith McElwain serves as TSP’s chief financial officer and senior vice president. In this role he is responsible for managing accounting, company risk, IT, cash management, banking relationships, and taxes. He works closely with TSP’s co-founders, Rick Skaggs and Frank Gonzalez, along with other senior managers. In his position, Keith implements big-picture ideas and determines how these decisions can impact the business financially. He loves to forecast and strategize for the future.
Keith has been a #TSProckstar for the last 13 years, starting full-time as TSP’s controller and progressing in his finance position throughout the years as TSP has grown. Keith loves being part of the TSP family, and enjoys developing relationships and helping others.
Prior to TSP Keith held many accounting and controller positions, including senior accountant at Ford, Bacon, & Davis; senior consolidations manager and accounting manager at Ericsson; controller at Blackhawk Warehouse and Leasing; controller at Foster Grant; controller at Autotester; controller at Gulf Coast Transport; and controller at IP Communications. Keith brings the culmination of his prior experience to TSP, adding tremendous value and education to the team.
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Keith holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of North Texas after attending two years at Baylor University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Keith has been active in the community as a coach for tennis, soccer, baseball and football for his children’s teams. He has also serves as a deacon at his church, and is an Eagle Scout.
On the weekends Keith enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, kayaking, playing tennis and running. He also finds working in the yard of his 105 year-old historical home in the historic district of McKinney, TX, very therapeutic. Keith has been married to his wife, Karen, for 37 years and says his biggest accomplishment in his life is his two children and three grandchildren.

As vice president of sales, Omar is responsible for the leadership, direction and strategy to the entire sales organization. He will oversee the achievement of sales goals and targets, the alignment of the business’ strategy and ensure sustainable revenue growth by constantly maximizing market share. Not only does Omar truly care about establishing and maintaining relationships on a professional level, he also cares about cultivating these relationships on a personal level. With his love of people and aptitude for maintaining strong relationships, he assists his clients by first listening carefully to customers, then providing top service and creative solutions.
Omar joined the TSP team in 2003 as one of the four original employees, along with co-founders Frank Gonzalez and Rick Skaggs. He was intrigued at the idea of starting something new. Since 2003, Omar has worked as a field service engineer, field service supervisor, field service manager and an account manager for TSP. Omar continually expresses his gratitude for being apart of the TSP team since the very first day, and truly appreciates the different responsibilities he has been given at the company.
Before his arrival at TSP, Omar worked at Honeywell for six years as a field service engineer and field service supervisor. Omar received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Science from St. Edward’s University. He has also held various certifications for Microsoft and NetApp.
Outside of work, Omar “eat, sleeps, and drinks” baseball playing, coaching, and teaching the sport. He is even the director and commissioner of the Cedar Hill Baseball Association. Omar can also be found spending time with his wife of 19 years, Laura; and sons, Tony and Julian.

Kraig Doering serves as the vice president of customer success at TSP, where he oversees and develops director-level leaders in IT infrastructure solutions, industrial automation solutions and internal information technology. Kraig also oversees and manages TSP’s enterprise accounts, contracts and also supports the customer success teams. In addition, Kraig has a strategic advisory role to our clients and to TSP in identifying opportunities to expand TSP’s service portfolio and enhance TSP services to its customers.
Kraig prides himself on his ability to leave things in better shape than he found them. He is passionate about doing the right thing and is always focused on raising the bar. His clients and colleagues appreciate his will to create a better and more efficient environment for all. Work at TSP is rewarding for Kraig because of the difference he can make within the company, for their customers, and all the people he meets in between.
Previously Kraig served in professional positions including senior managing technical architect, director of operations and infrastructure, senior manager of cloud operations and cloud architect. He attended North Texas State University and the University of Texas at Dallas majoring in Architecture and Mathematics (Computer Science).
As the head of TSP’s talent and brand, Chris serves as the lead storyteller sharing and promoting TSP’s brand both externally to candidates and customers, and internally to employees and evangelists. Branding, digital marketing, talent acquisition and HR are all functions Chris has enjoyed learning and developing as he has built teams, processes and strategies from the ground-up.
In addition to being the authority and chief promoter of the company’s brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all touch points, Chris oversees TSP’s talent management and talent acquisition teams. He also is actively involved in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner particularly from the perspective of the impact on people. Chris’ knack for process and seeing the big picture allows him to evaluate how business decisions affect all different types of TSP’s employees.
Chris joined the TSP team in May of 2006 as a human resource specialist as TSP’s first and only recruiter. After two years, Chris was promoted to the company’s first-ever human resources manager. During his five-year tenure as HR manager, he grew this team and managed every aspect of talent management and talent acquisition. Most recently, Chris served as director of strategic initiatives, where he oversaw the launch of TSP’s first social media campaign, a rebranding initiative, creation and design of marketing collateral, website redesign and copy rewrite, and even a little video production.
Before TSP Chris worked in the medical field as an operating room manager for a cosmetic surgery practice in the Plano area. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology from the University of Texas at Austin where he was also an active member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. While working at TSP, Chris also received his master’s certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
Chris is passionate about giving back to his community. He is a member of the board of trustees for the Texas Health Resources Foundation and serves on the board of North Texas Christian Academy. One foundation that is particularly near and dear to the Skaggs family (and TSP family) is Leighton’s Gift, which was set up to establish a lasting legacy for Chris’ daughter. Additionally, Chris and his family proudly serve as an ambassador family for the Dallas market March of Dimes. Outside of work, Chris can be found cooking, spending time with his family, or watching a college football game (Hook Em!).

As senior director of finance and data analytics at TSP, Ken Smith focuses on financial modeling and reporting company fiscal data and analytics in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and current financial trends and regulations. He help leadership understand the story behind the numbers.
Prior to TSP, Ken worked as interim CFO/controller for several companies, handling software implementations and business modeling. He served as the director of accounting at MetroPCS Communications, senior manager at Accretive Solutions, and senior analyst at both Blockbuster and Autotester. Professionally, Ken is known for his business modeling skills and Excel wizardry, especially around the TSP office. Coworkers and clients also appreciate that Ken is very open-minded and never afraid to consider a business option. Ken has a knack for making companies better through seeing the bigger picture and leading full-circle initiatives to completion. For example, he was instrumental in the implementation of Oracle at MetroPCS, where he led the implementation of several modules, significantly streamlining month-end close.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from East Central State University in Oklahoma, where he was also an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Growing up in the small town of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Ken was drawn to Texas due to job opportunities. Ken later earned a Masters of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, and in Dallas he developed his love of the big city.
In his free time, Ken enjoys watching college football (especially OU), spending time with his dogs, running, hiking and almost any outdoor sport. Ken has some impressive long distance running accomplishments under his belt, having completed numerous marathons and ultramarathons, as well as participating in several multi-day relay races. Ken’s love for his dogs spurred his involvement with Paws in the City and Operation Kindness. In his free time, Ken also enjoys a good read and a well crafted cup of coffee.

As director of talent management at TSP, Kristi oversees the development and initiatives of the company’s #TSProckstars. Kristi supports TSP’s talent strategy of seeking out top talent – specifically, those individuals who are looking to grow both professionally and personally. Not only is Kristi known by her peers as being a “non-traditional” human resource professional, she also has a true desire for helping her colleagues by taking some of the pressure off of their human resource requests.
Kristi joined the TSP team in August 2014 and has been in the director role since January 2016. Kristi was immediately drawn to TSP’s culture and knew she had to be a part of its “greatness.” One of her goals is to be able to work with every TSP employee at some point throughout her career.
Before her arrival at TSP, Kristi was a senior director of human resources for a global marketing research company. One of Kristi’s biggest highlights from her career involves taking a training program that started from grassroots initiatives to expanding it globally in a very short period of time. Kristi received a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas, with a concentration in sociology, psychology and emergency administration. She also obtained her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her sons, reading and wishing she had “mad Martha Stewart skills.” Some of her favorite books include the Harry Potter series, the Game of Throne series, the Divergent trilogy and mostly any book by James Patterson or Lincoln Child.

Kristi’s Hero: For me, a hero saves lives and fights for our freedoms. But there are many strong women I admire, both for their ability to manage their personal lives and careers with grace, while wearing four-inch heels (Kristi says she “walks like a baby giraffe in heels”).
As director of customer success at TSP, Bryan Caldwell works closely with executive staff, finance, HR operations, and sales. He manages the day-to-day for one of TSP’s largest customers, along with managing an outstanding team of field service managers and leaders. He helps keep the team aligned and working efficiently to help provide creative solutions to TSP’s client base, and create results – something Bryan is passionate about. Bryan is known for his ability to solve problems, and loves to help clients finish their projects on time and under budget. He can walk into any client’s office, help them evaluate their situation and create a plan to resolve their IT problems effectively and efficiently.
It was TSP’s company culture and the other #TSProckstars that really drew Bryan to TSP three years ago. His mind was set on working at TSP after sitting down and talking with Co-Founder Frank Gonzalez. Prior to TSP, Bryan held other IT positions including: senior manager of infrastructure at Securus Technologies, senior manager of IT and service support manager at Greyhound, and datacenter manager at Haggar Clothing Company. In 1999 Bryan and some partners started a company called Innovative Printer Solutions (IPS), which provided service and consumables from desktop to production sized printers. Bryan sold out of the company in 2003.
Right out of high school, Bryan began his study of information technology and has been mastering it ever since. He spends time volunteering at Hearts and Hammers and attends New Hope Church in Wylie, TX. Outside of work, you can catch Bryan outdoors: gardening, boating, or showing his truck at local car shows. He also enjoys being with his family and friends. He proudly boasts his seven children and five “grandbabies.”

As director of customer success at TSP, Russ is responsible for managing profit and loss for his division and managing resource allocations. He is also dedicated to nurturing some of TSP’s newest customers through the “TSP Experience.” Russ loves teaching employees the difference between being a boss and being a leader, and is known for his ability to develop new leaders. Russ also takes his own advice and never hesitates to ask those above him and his peers what he can do better.
Prior to TSP, Russ worked as a service manager for a printer company, as well as a data storage consultant and a manufacturing manager for computer systems at ProAmerica. He also spent 10 years at NetApp as a partner manager and regional manager, joining when it was a young company and contributing to NetApp’s growth to a large company. Russ started with TSP as a program manager for its installations business, a program that Russ helped start. He also served as an operations manager before being promoted to his current director role.
Russ decided to join the TSP team in 2009 because he saw an opportunity for personal and professional growth, and a challenge. He left NetApp, a large corporation, to join TSP, a much smaller company at the time, because he knew he had the skills to help it grow. At the time, TSP had just 124 employees (now over 600), and Russ loved that it was a family-based company with high integrity. When he joined TSP, he believed that he was “joining for the long-term investment, and not short-term gain,” and he still believes that to this day.
Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix. Throughout his career he has also held several technical certifications, including IBM AIX Specialist and Expert, IBM HACMP Specialist, HP printer certifications, and NetApp Certified Professional.
Russ’ family is the most important thing to him, and he wants to be remembered as a great father and husband. He’s been married for 19 years and has two sons with his wife Marge, J.T. and Keith. Outside of work, Russ can be found coaching football and serving as a member of the football and basketball booster club for Lovejoy High School. Russ loves the outdoors and spends his free time duck and deer hunting, shooting guns, sporting clays, fishing, and boating.

Nathan Matta serves as director of customer success. In this new position, Nathan brings with him industry-leading service with a heart. He understands that one of the fundamental contradictions of managing a service team is how to best care for the team and company finances simultaneously, making him the perfect fit for this role.
Nathan joined the TSP team in 2005 as a maintenance engineer, moving onto leadership roles over time. He has played a significant role in growing TSP’s NetApp business tremendously over the last 12 years, which included overcoming some hurdles. Nathan prides himself on how the team faced those adverse situations, sticking with the business to reach the point we are at today.
Nathan earned his Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. Before his arrival at TSP, he worked as centralized IT for the library system at MIT in Cambridge, where he and his small team managed the library IT infrastructure and advised the Local Technology Experts (LTEs) on anything they needed. One of his biggest highlights during this time was serving on the board of a volunteer group called the “IT Partners” that pulled IT support individuals from all over the university together for training and peer assistance.
In his free time, you can find Nathan listening to live music or playing his guitar. While he only started playing about three years ago, this hobby quickly became a passion and his wife can attest that he never stops talking about it!

The Most Unusual Thing in Nathan’s Office: Authentic African tribal spear, shield, and drum
Favorite Meal: Not the food, but the meal. During our 10th anniversary celebration, my wife and I went to the Flagstaff House in Boulder, CO, which is set up on the side of a mountain. We sat on the patio (it was August), and were there from about 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. As the sun set, the lights of the city came up, and it was the best venue I’ve ever eaten a dinner at.
As director of customer success of TSP’s industrial automation solutions practice, Bill is responsible for managing and leading business managers in their sales and customer success pursuits as well as managing the profit and loss of this business line. A self-described “straight shooter,” Bill is known for being flexible and honest with customers, and for his enthusiasm for having TSP’s customers’ best interests in mind. Bill is also very passionate about TSP and his fellow #TSProckstars, constantly expressing a genuine interest in the company’s vision and culture, as well as its valued customers.
Bill joined the TSP team in October 2013, bringing almost 30 years of business experience. Before his arrival at TSP, Bill served six years in the Navy where he received technical training. Bill also worked for Measurex (a former quality control systems company) and completed fieldwork for eight years, while working his way up the ranks. When Honeywell bought Measurex in 1997, Bill became Honeywell’s service leader until 2003. Bill then co-founded ASP, which grew to a $3.5 million company that was acquired by TSP in June of 2011.
Bill is a native of South New Jersey, until he joined the Navy immediately after high school. He holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and the following awards: Navy Sharpshooter, Field Engineer of the Year at Measurex, and Sales/Operations Team of the Year at Measurex. Outside of work, Bill can be found outdoors working in his yard, fishing, or crabbing (in the summer). He also appreciates every moment with his two daughters and wife of 31 years, Chris.

Larry Lozuk is TSP’s IT director, responsible for determining the company’s overarching technology strategy and looking for the next technologies that he can integrate into the company to improve overall performance. He keeps abreast of trends in the technology space and works to translate trends into strategies that are likely to benefit TSP’s growth and innovation. Larry is known for his clever use of technology to improve business performance, and his ability to solve problems with the big picture in mind. Other directors and managers bring Larry ideas for improving the function and efficiency of their department, and Larry’s task is to balance those ideas with what is feasible for the company.
Larry heard about TSP through meeting co-founders Rick Skaggs and Frank Gonzalez, and was drawn to join the company to help it grow even further. He has held several positions at TSP prior to his current role as IT director, including roles in sales, operations, and internal management.
Before TSP Larry was a program executive with Dell and worked on extremely large-scale projects. In fact, he replaced 150,000 PCs at Kaiser Permanente coast-to-coast (including Hawaii), and did so flawlessly, without any disruptions to business. He also served as a director at CBSI where he ran the CRM practice, and was a senior management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Larry has extensive experience with systems integration, which helps him tremendously in his current role. This knowledge allows him to take a step back and determine the best fit for the situation.
Larry grew up in Venezuela and came to Texas for college at Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, as well as a Masters of Business Administration. He has also obtained certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
When he’s not working, Larry puts his IT knowledge to use in the community as well, volunteering with the AV group at his church to help with television and internet capabilities. He is also active with the International Mission Board and South Texas Children’s Home. An avid scuba diver (and certified instructor!) and photographer, he has traveled extensively and internationally and enjoys “collecting experiences.” Most importantly, Larry puts family first and works hard to be a good father to his two children and a good husband to his wife of 30 years, Annette, who is also a #TSProckstar.

As a strategic business executive, Charlie is responsible for customer satisfaction and exploring new business prospects. He joined the TSP family in February 2017 to help assist in TSP’s growth and evolving opportunities. Charlie works diligently to understand the needs of TSP’s customers to ensure they are satisfied with services provided.
Charlie has the innate ability to connect with both customers and employees, which allows him to better understand their business needs and successfully address them. His clients appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to make their challenges his own. Charlie strives to develop strong working relationships with all, acknowledging every person has a different skill set that can be utilized and strengthened for increased success.
Prior to joining TSP, Charlie served as vice president of Global Renewal at Hitachi where he transformed the Hitachi support organization. He also served in various upper management roles at StorageTek, supporting pre-and post-sales. Charlie graduated from Northwood University where he earned his degree in International Business and Business Administration.
A native Dallas resident, Charlie enjoys hunting, fishing and golf. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family at their lake house. He has been married for 43 years and has two sons both in the IT business.
