We prioritize continual training through our custom-built and innovative Rockstar U training platform for both professional and personal growth. Want to become CCNA certified? Additionally, our internally developed Boot Camp combines classroom and virtual training with mentoring and shadowing to give raw talent the tools and knowledge to become highly skilled and successful IT professionals.

Whether it be through time, financial impact or otherwise, giving back is a huge part of what makes TSP tick – it’s actually written into our company vision. Not only doing we support local charities to the Dallas- Fort Worth community, but with #TSProckstars all over the country, we encourage employees to bring forward those opportunities to give back wherever they might live, work and play.
