TSP Announces Strategic Partnership with Global Process Automation

(DALLAS) May 10, 2017TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, announced the creation of a strategic partnership with Global Process Automation (GPA), an industry leader in distributed control systems, PLC applications, information technology, and cyber security.

“We are proud to be the largest third-party Quality Control Systems (QCS) service provider in North America,” said Frank Gonzalez, co-founder and CEO of TSP. “To think that our industrial automation group has grown from zero to over 100 dedicated employees in a few short years is simply incredible. This partnership with GPA will undoubtedly allow us to continue that growth pattern, supplying additional and innovative solutions to TSP’s industrial clients.”

TSP’s Industrial Automation and Control practice focuses on QCS, in which engineers maintain and optimize the systems controlling the process in production entities, such as paper mills and rubber manufacturers. TSP’s field engineers monitor the equipment and manage the QCS environment, ensuring top-quality production, increasing productivity and profitability, and ultimately ensuring customer production specifications are adhered to.

Solution Highlights Include:

  • QCS and DCS service and support
  • Preventive and emergency maintenance
  • Thermal imaging and infrared camera services
  • Process analysis
  • Control optimization
  • Radiological testing and associated services

“I see this as a win-win for both our companies,” said Roel Harsta, president of GPA. “TSP has developed a great reputation in the industry, and we’re looking forward to working together.”

Historically, both companies worked in parallel verticals within the industrial automation and process controls sector. The services that TSP and GPA did not do were either referred to various partners or passed on all-together. Now, this joint partnership allows TSP and GPA to offer complimentary solutions to their extensive client portfolios.

“TSP and GPA are uniquely aligned in company culture and how we handle business with clients,” said Bill Weiss, director of sales and operations for Industrial Automation Solutions at TSP. “Part of our growth strategy is to seek out strategic partnerships and alliances, and GPA certainly fits the bill. We are excited to see how this partnership will enhance our services and client experience.”

The partnership is effective immediately. Please contact sales@mytsp.net to speak about these services, or any services that TSP can offer.

TSP Sponsors Fifth Annual Leighton’s Ride, a Charity Motorcycle Ride on May 20 Benefitting Leighton’s Gift

(DALLAS) May 2, 2017TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, announced it will be the signature sponsor of the fifth-annual Leighton’s Ride. The fundraising event will benefit Leighton’s Gift, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2013 with a mission to turn a tragedy into something positive.

The ride will occur on May 20, starting and finishing at Old Celina Park (12670 FM 428, Celina,TX 75009). For those who may not own or ride a motorcycle, there will also be an open celebration and classic car show, featuring live music from Cross Atlantic and Faded Blue, as well as food from In-N-Out Burger.

“Giving back to the community is one of our favorite things to do as a company and we’re once again proud to sponsor Leighton’s Ride,” said Frank Gonzalez, co-founder and CEO, TSP. “Seeing this charity event grow throughout the years has been rewarding and we love supporting an important cause dear to one of our own #TSProckstars, Chris, and his wife Amy.”

The annual ride is the main source of fundraising for Leighton’s Gift, which was co-founded by Chris Skaggs, TSP’s senior director of talent and brand management, and his wife Amy Skaggs, after their experience in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with their son Jaxon, and late daughter, Leighton. The foundation’s current project is dedicated to installing webcams into the NICU at various hospitals – enabling parents to connect with their infants at any time from their computer, smart phone, tablet or other web-enabled device.

“TSP’s continued support has made all the difference in what we are able to do as an organization,” said Chris Skaggs. “To date, we have provided 45 NICU webcams at Texas Health Plano. As we continue to raise awareness and funds for Leighton’s Gift, we rely on the support of TSP and our community.”

About Leighton’s Gift
Leighton’s Gift is 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2013 by Chris and Amy Skaggs with a mission to turn a tragedy into something positive. After the premature birth and subsequent neonatal intensive care (NICU) admission of both Jaxon and Leighton, they were inspired to give back. Jaxon came home from the NICU after 74 long days; however, Leighton earned her angel wings three short weeks after birth due to a late-onset group B strep infection. It was the couple’s desire to create a lasting legacy for Leighton that was the main driving force behind the creation of the foundation. To learn more, visit http://leightonsgift.com/.
