DALLAS, TX – TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a leading provider of information technology services to Fortune 500 companies, announced today it has promoted Frank Gonzalez, current vice president of operations (and co-founder), to the role of chief executive officer. Gonzalez will succeed Rick Skaggs, the company’s current CEO (and co-founder), effective immediately. Skaggs will continue to serve TSP in the capacity of president of mergers & acquisitions, and emerging business.

Frank Gonzalez and Rick Skaggs founded TSP in 2002 after their branch at Honeywell International was unexpectedly shut down. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Before co-founding TSP, he held various positions at Honeywell International over a 12-year tenure. Frank is a Texas native and current resides in Grand Prairie with his wife of 21 years, Ana, two daughters, and one son.
