We are looking for a NetApp Resident Consultant to support our customer in Renton, WA.

Scope of work: cDOT Consultant/Expertise – Main Focus: cDOT. Need of a strong resource that has a good understanding of cDOT and Storage Admin. Consultant to handle day to day tasks, be the focal point for escalated issues and work closely with SAM to resolve issues via Support Center. This person will also be the trusted advisor for the customer and for the Account team. Person will also assist during times of migration windows and work towards understanding customer workload and monitor performance related concerns during peak load. WorkFlow Automation (WFA) scripting expertise skills a must. 7MTT skills, Virtualization, SnapCenter for VMware and HyperV. OCI (OnCommand Insight) familiarity a plus.

As the next Storage Management Consultant, you’ll be taking on these responsibilities:

  • cDOT Installation, Administration and Migrations
  • Consultant to handle daily NetApp storage tasks and focal point for escalated issues.
  • Trusted advisor for the customer and for the Account team
  • Monitor performance related concerns
  • OnCommand Insight Mapping and Reporting

We know you can handle these things because you have experience like:

  • Expert knowledge of NAS/SAN Environments
  • Expert knowledge of NetApp cDOT Core technologies  
  • Expert working with WFA- Workflow Automation.
  • Expert working with Scripting
  • Expert with 7MTT
  • Expert knowledge VMWare
  • Expert knowledge of SnapCenter
  • Expert knowledge HyperV
  • OCI (OnCommand Insight) familiarity a plus.
