As an IT Asset Administrator, you can expect to have these responsibilities:

  • Maintain asset records to ensure accuracy within the asset management tool
  • Performing data analysis and investigation
  • Managing the lease return process and reporting
  • Manage contract renewals lifecycle (add new, push to renewal, process PR/PO, move to active/retire)
  • Process domestic and international purchase order requests for internal customers
  • Monitor purchase order status including vendor follow up and communicating to customers
  • Pull detailed asset reports when requested

To be successful, you’ll need experience such as:

  • Critical/analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to follow documented processes
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
  • Ability to participate in multiple, activities and tasks under time constraints
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Knowledge of Cherwell or similar ticketing systems a plus
  • Knowledge of a customer management database type of system is also a plus
