(DALLAS) February 21, 2018 – TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, is proud to announce that Frank Gonzalez, CEO and co-founder of TSP, was recently named a Minority Business Leader honoree by the Dallas Business Journal.
“Working alongside Frank has been a privilege and I can confidently say there is no better man to be recognized for his leadership,” said Rick Skaggs, co-founder of TSP. “This honor is a testament to his commitment to both the company and the community.”
Gonzalez co-founded TSP in 2002 with Rick Skaggs and has been integral in shaping the company from a small entrepreneurial venture to the middle market, growing the organization to what it is today. He has also been named a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as D CEO’s Latino Business Awards.
“I am grateful to be included as one of the honorees for the Minority Business Leader Awards,” said Gonzalez. “I would not be able to do what I do without such an incredible and hardworking team of #TSProckstars and the support of my friends and family.”
An active member of the community, Gonzalez has been a regular supporter of Dallas-based Readers 2 Leaders for many years, joining the Board of Directors in 2017. Gonzalez recently spoke at The Concilio graduation in December, a partnership that provided Readers 2 Leaders parents with the opportunity to participate in a 9-week course teaching parents their role in their children’s education.
The Minority Business Leader Awards honor Dallas-Fort Worth women and men for exceptional business and community leadership. Over 100 nominations were submitted, with only 30 honorees selected. All honorees are minority owners of fast-growing, innovative companies or ethnic minorities who are corporate executives at their companies.
