Dallas IT company TSP has a new CEO as its current leader Rick Skaggs focuses on spending more time developing the business. Frank Gonzalez, co-founder and vice president, has assumed to top role, with Skaggs, who formerly was acting CEO, overseeing mergers, acquisitions and emerging business. The change is effective immediately.
