(DALLAS) December 14, 2017TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, recently announced its largest reorganization to date following the celebration of its 15th birthday on Dec. 4. Evolution is nothing new to TSP as the company successfully transitioned from start-up, to small company and now middle-market organization.

The new company structure will integrate existing operational units into one customer success team and combine the company’s sales silos into one unified sales organization. These changes will allow TSP to more effectively utilize best practices and gain efficiencies.

“As we approach 2018, we are excited about the transformations in place for our company,” said Frank Gonzalez, co-founder and CEO of TSP. “It is our experience that evolving along with the industry is essential to better serving clients and we are confident these changes will benefit the company, our talented team of #TSProckstars and ultimately current and future customers.”

An additional layer of leadership has also been created to provide strategic oversight to these newly developed and reorganized teams. TSP will promote three existing directors to vice president positions, joining the company’s CEO, chairman and chief financial officer on the executive team.

Promotions to members of the executive teams are as follows:

Micro-yes(s) versus Micro-moments

Understanding these two topics — the micro-moment and the micro-yes — is especially important to the inbound marketer. Content and social media tend to be consumed in micro-moments, and to get customers to engage with your social and content (and ultimately take a larger conversion action, like a purchase) requires a micro-yes to get a micro-conversion.

Christmas Comes Early at Readers 2 Leaders

Time and time again, Norma Nelson took stock of the computers and chairs in the Computer Lab at Readers 2 Leaders reading instruction school and knew some changes desperately needed to be made. The computers were outdated, the software was slow and the chairs were falling apart. And those three components at the West Dallas school made the lab less conducive to learning. So Nelson applied for a grant from the Mavs Foundation – the foundation arm of the Dallas Mavericks. And the next thing she knew, the Mavs equipped Readers 2 Leaders with a new Reading & Learning Center, a separate Computer Lab, 15 brand new computers, chairs and computer desks.
