Rick Skaggs and Frank Gonzalez developed a Client Server Service program at a Fortune 500 company in 1984
and in that role have supported IT customers for over 40 years collectively. In 2002, the Fortune 500 company
made a decision to abandon the Client Server business and cancel their service contracts. Those customers had
immediate needs and this opened the door to start a new company to meet their service needs. Because Rick and
Frank believed in the value of the service program they developed, they formed a new company named Technology
Service Professionals, Inc. (TSP). The foundation of the company centers on employing high talent service
professionals who are 100% focused on delivering quality service, dedicated to customer satisfaction. TSP
offers highly competitive pricing and will create a service program to meet a customer’s specific needs. Since
the formation of TSP, the response to our service offerings has been positive and many new customers have
joined our happy and satisfied customer base.
